In October, 2009, the PHG team completed a feasibility on a new urbanism destination resort to be located along Little Sarasota Bay and US 41 in Osprey, FL. The 190-room proposed hotel will be the focal point to a 14- acre Waterfront Revitalization mixed-use 'smart growth' development.
Paradise Hotel Group (PHG) is the hotel consultant, developer and operator. The upper, upscale hotel is estimated to debut in 2012.
